At Pranami, the installed manufacturing capacity of API is 150 MT/Annum at present and 180 Mt/Annum for Pharma Intermediates.
- Built up area of 10000 sq. feet with separate area for powder processing (Controlled Environment) area, intermediate manufacturing area, warehouse area, Quality Control Laboratory, Utility and Administration block.
- API and Intermediate manufacturing unit consisting of reaction capacity of 50 KL containing SS and GL Reactors across its unit varying from 1.0 KL to 3.0 KL.
- Designed and built as per vertical flow concept of man and material movement.
